How do I know my online order is confirmed? You should receive an email with a copy of your invoice. If it has been 48 hours and you have not received a confirmation email, write to sales@facets.org. How do I return an item? E-mail sales@facets.org or call 1-800-331-6197 for a return authorization number (RA#). We will need the original invoice number and the reason for the return. Facets accepts returns for unopened and defective items within 30 days of shipment. When will I receive my catalog? All catalogs are shipped directly from the warehouse. The Movie Lover's Video Guide takes two to four weeks. Catalog 17 takes four to six weeks. What do I do if I can't find the film I want? Our search engine can be particular. Be sure to check the spelling of your search, and watch for articles and punctuation. Don't forget to check for alternative titles. For example, instead of the French title, Zero de conduite, try the English translation, Zero for Conduct. What does "NLA" mean? "NLA" means that the title is "no longer available." This usually means that the rights to the film have expired and it is no longer being manufactured. We at Facets try to stock and purchase adequate supplies of titles going out of print before they do, but even this stock eventually gets exhausted. On the positive side, titles DO occasionally come back into distribution, so just because it is NLA today does not mean it will remain so forever. How can I buy tickets to the theater? Box office for the Facets Cinémathèque opens one half an hour before the movie starts. Advance tickets are sold on TicketWeb. Any problems ordering tickets online should be directed to their website.
