A mob foot soldier (James Marsden) enlists in the Marines to escape life on the streets, but is forced to reckon with his underworld ties upon returning from war. Tommy's homecoming from the Middle East is a grim one--the mafia has strengthened their hold on his Philly neighborhood, and taken the life of two of his family members (Giovanni Ribisi and Brad Renfro). In protest, the soldier takes up arms and prepares to take back the streets. With Dennis Hopper, Lesley Ann Warren, Tommy Lee, Brian Dennehy, and Val Kilmer.
